Rest assured that Summit Ortho's team will ship your order accurately and quickly...if the items are in stock and you order by 1:00pm, we'll most likely ship your order that same day. If one or more of your items are on backorder, we'll ship what's in stock now and send the rest as soon as we get more. Don't worry, you'll only be charged once for shipping.
We ship your orders via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or US Mail, whichever we feel is the best combination of least expensive and most efficient. Please let us know if you prefer one carrier over another. If you need your order sooner, overnight and second-day shipping is available, but it is expensive. If you live in the Akron, Ohio area, you're welcome to come in and pick up the order at our facility...we'd love to meet you! Unless otherwise noted, products are shipped f.o.b. Munroe Falls, Ohio, or domestic point of origin.
As a small business, we simply cannot afford to offer free shipping...we try to keep the price of our products low instead. As such, you, our customer, are responsible for all shipping charges. These charges are based on weight and shipping distance; we evaluate every shipment on an individual basis to determine the least expensive and most efficient method. When placing orders online through our website, the actual shipping charge may slightly differ from what the website calculates; most times the actual amount is a bit less. You'll see any changes on your invoice...we apologize for this inconvenience.
With each shipment of goods, you’ll receive an itemized invoice which is payable within 30 days. Depending on your credit history with Summit Ortho, we have the right to require payment before sending any goods. A 1.5% service charge is automatically added to all overdue balances. We don't send statements, so please retain for invoice as a reminder.
We accept checks drawn on U.S. banks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Summit Ortho guarantees full satisfaction on all products and services. Please notify us prior to returning any merchandise. Returns made without prior notification may be subject to a restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned unused and in saleable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the purchaser’s responsibility, unless Summit was at fault. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-800-321-9124, and ask for Carla. We'll do our best to make it right for you.
If an item is returned as defective, please enclose a written explanation with its return. Specially ordered items not featured in our catalog or on our website are not returnable. Please report any shortage or damage claims to Summit Ortho immediately. No claims will be honored 30 days after receipt of goods.
Summit Ortho will not guarantee, nor be held liable for, any merchandise that has become defective due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidental damage.
Summit Ortho strives to keep website prices current and accurate, but publishing errors do occur. Due to ongoing market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. If you're making a large purchase, we suggest you call for up-to-date price quotes.
Minimum purchase is $15.00.
Universities, students, and trade show purchasers receive our lowest quantity price, regardless of the quantity purchased. Please call or email us to verify that you qualify.
