Orthodontic Silver Solder
An excellent free-flowing solder for sturdy stainless steel solder joints. Unequalled capillary attraction and superior tensile strength.
Approximately 60% silver, and flows at 1100°F. For best results, we recommend using Summit’s Flux (Item #067-005) and Anti-Flux with heat shield (Item #067-004). The .031 diameter is the most popular size.
Sold in 10-DWT (pennyweight) spools, which equals about 11 feet of the .031″ diameter solder, and 45 feet of the .015″.
