Description
Elgiloy, a unique nickel-cobalt alloy that’s a bit softer than stainless steel; it allows for intricate bending while resisting fractures and stress. After forming your wire, you may heat treat the wire up to 900°F for 10 minutes to dramatically increase tensile strength and resilience.
Many of our customers prefer Elgiloy over stainless steel wire for making retainers, and removable and functional appliances. Round 14″ straight lengths; 4 diameters are available.
