- Provides 9mm of expansion
- Also available in a 7mm version
- A unique fan screw for use in hygienic-type appliances that don't require acrylic
- An excellent choice for the treatment of cleft palate cases
- Obtains anterior expansion while leaving the posterior diameter virtually unchanged
- This screw can also be flipped around for posterior expansion
- Includes one new Leone Swivel Smart blue key and one traditional lab key
